Throughout her career, Njeri has been known to take courageous initiatives to unravel complexity and lead companies through challenges and deliver success in all economies. In 2011, Forbes titled Njeri as Africa’s Most Successful Woman. Since then Njeri has continued to work at the intersection of international business, technology and governance; as she proceeds to help scale emerging businesses as an investor, ignite potential in others through her public engagements, and delving into emerging technologies to solve problems effectively and efficiently.

Rionge started her first company as a twenty-year-old selling yoghurt to the International School of Kenya and Loretto Convent Musongari High School and since then she’s co-founded multi-million dollar companies and continues to bring positive impact to the environments around her. Rionge never fails to thank god for her successes, and her dad for the values he’s passed on to her. When she’s not working, she enjoys a good game of golf and spending time with her family, eating good food and reading.
